A *factorial* is the [[multiplication|product]] of all [[Positive|positive]] [[Integer|integers]] less than or equal to a given positive integer. $n !=n \times(n-1) \times(n-2) \times \cdots \times 1$. The number of ways of arranging $n$ objects in a line is $n!$
