In [[Euclidean Geometry]], there is exactly one [[Line, Line-Segment, Ray|line]] that goes through any two distinct **points** (a primitive which has meaning implied by its relation to lines) A point has no measurement other than its location, therefore zooming in on it will not make the size of its representation increase. It is not a circle or disk. A line-segment has length and location, but no other measurement, therefore zooming in will make the end points appear further away, but the thickness of the representation will not increase If two unique straight-lines intersect, they intersect at one point. If a straight line intersects a plane, it does so at one point. ![[def-pnt-ln-pln.svg|-dmo-noinv]]
